Hej,
my name is Rudi Ferrari and before someone get some stupid thoughts: yes, this is indeed my real name 
In the internet, you’ll find me under the name Wyando – this is the name of a indian vampire from the German book series Vampira, first published by Bastei Lübbe, then by Zaubermond-Verlag. And the ghosts of the past may still know me under the name Lamborghini-Rudi, short Lambo. No need to explain where this came from… 
I have many interests, probably too many. Besides computer & programming, which also is part of my profession, I like to read books and even release books, look films and especially series on DVD, sending and receiving postcards, love to listen to music… “unfortunately” I can’t stick with only one genre. [later I will create a list of my favourites on this blog.]
That’s also the reason this blog has been created. On the one hand, I love to reinvent the wheel again, because it’s fun to code, on the other hand I was looking for something established which could completely adapted to my whishes. It seems that with WordPress, being used for this blog, these wishes can be fulfilled on a long term.
The focus on this blog will be the support of the artists who get their CDs funded by fans on SellaBand.com. It is quite possible that further categories will be added. Let’s see how this will evolve…

Concerning YouTube & Music:
On this blog, there are embedded YouTube videos as also embedded songs from artists who are registered and uploaded their music at SellaBand. This is made available in both cases through streaming procedures from the original websites YouTube or SellaBand. The responsibility for these videos / songs remains with the respective authors or artists. In case there are questions about the copyright or other legal issues, it should be addressed directly to the artists. I am happy to help to provide the contacts.
Concerning ads:
On this website, advertising is identified as such, at least when you leave this website via the relevant external links (see also: “concerning external links” above). This is primarily to support those Artists who have successfully recorded a CD on SellaBand. The commission which can occur by completed purchase is to support the costs for the operation of Wyando’s External profile.

At this website (Wyando’s External Profile) personal data (email, IP, cookies, etc) is only collected as technical needed. These data will be kept confidential and not forwarded or sold to third parties:
The storage of the email address in this blog has the purpose of identify recurring users so that their comments, after the first revision, will be immediately approved.
The storage of the IP address in the blog will be maintained only so long until there is no need. The IP address is in particular needed to detect SPAM (see also the use of Akismet Anti Spam Filter below), as also the author of the comments who behave wrong.
